The weather may still say summer (it’s supposed to top 100 degrees in my area this week), but Target has sent us a clear message: It’s fall, y’all. Or at least it’s time to start shopping like it. Hearth & Hand with Magnolia (AKA Chip and Joanna Gaines’ product line) just dropped their fall collection, so the time is ripe to fill our carts with cozy knit blankets, pumpkin-scented candles, and all manner of faux foliage.
